Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you don’t like the model, or you have choose wrong size, you can exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and brand new condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. We will send you the replacement FREE, by regular mail (not valid for items with a promo discount, in that case we will ask you to pay for the replacement shipping).

If it’s not a fit, you have 30 days to return your unworn items. Just mark the items you are returning on the return form that came with your order, pack your items in the box, and use the enclosed return label to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery barcode on the box. After we receive your return, we will inspect it and provided the product is in like-new condition we will make you a refund
